Return policy
For any reason, you can return your order, entirely or partially witin 30 days. To start a return simply send an email to Frenchy's customer service team at help@frenchycosmetics.com

In the email, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information about the product you wish to return.
The returned frenchy press on nail kit must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the items.
The press-on nails must be unharmed, not used, and must have all original security seals still attached. If the security seals have been broken or the package has been opened, the product will not be eligible for return and will be rejected.
If the press-on nails do not fit these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Products marked final sale cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 2 business days from the receipt of the merchandise.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
